For installation of SQLXML 3.0 SP 3 the Net.Framework is necessary.
MSXML 2.6 and MSXML 2.5 will be included in the following version.

I just wanted to say thanks for this update. I had struggled in the past to get the proper files installed in the right order, or I was doing it in the right order but ZoneAlarm was getting my system confused.

Whatever, this pack installed fine and I've had no problems. I just made sure to disable ZoneAlarm running at startup and disabled my ethernet device before doing the 98SE2ME afterwards.

Nice not to have to guess!

OK, I'm confused.

Apparently MSXML 3.0 SP5 was released today (6/23/2005): http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...&displaylang=en

Yet, I thought I already had MSMXL 3.0 SP5 already installed on 98 SE months ago.

And you claim SP7 is already out:
MDAC 2.8sp1 (include MSXML 3.0SP7)

What's going on here?? huh.gif
MDGx
They did release MSXML3 SP5 a while back, but they must have made some changes [?] to the 6-23-2005 (re)release.
The documentation doesn't specify what they changed, and guess what, the 2 files [old + new] are identical bit by bit. sad.gif
