I have the french version of adobe reader 7.0 and update 7.0.1
I transform the exe file to msi :
7.0 :folder Common, CommonAppData, program files, System32 and file *.msi for install
update 7.0.1 : folder program files\adobe\Acrobat 7.0\Update\ with file ACRO700_701.RTP and RDR700_701.RTP ; and second folder name temp with file patchw32.dll and *.msi for install

How to integrate the patch ?
