OK, lets say theres a cd that I need to copy. I need to make 2 disk out of one. Now without saying what it is you should already know that this copy will be going to be a backup copy for myself...cough cough. Think of the cd as being one of the most popular apps out now. Its copyright of course. Im needing to know what app to use to make a exzact copy to another disk? I have to make this with in the next day or so....Your advice would be appreciated. oh and please help me out even more by including directions and steps on how to do this using the app you suggest.

CloneCD should do it.
The official homepage is h*tp://www.elby.de
You might want to download it from h*tp://www.cdrsoft.net though :lilwink

Apps on CDs rarely have copy protection. So first check it with "ClonyXL" to check if it has a protection. If not, do a 1:1 CD Copy in your standard cd burning program.
If ClonyXL brings up anything like SafeDisc2, ProtectVOB, or Overburn protection, then you will need to copy it with CloneCD. The "CloneCD Games Database" is also useful to tell you what settings to use to copy a particular game.
Sorry, I'm in a rush to find links for above, try google.com
I have always used Copyright Protection Detector 0.6:
http://www.univ.trieste.it/~zuglio/casa/cpd06.zip
But maybe ClonyXL sounds better, I will check it out
Hmm, the only one I can see is German :WTF?:
