I need to create a image of ERD commander really bad and quickly. I have the software. But have no idea how to create a bootable CD. I have tried and wasted a bunch of CDs already. I can get it to boot partialy, but I get the lovly NTLDR is missing message. How do I compile the ISO? and what software do I need?

erd commander compiles the iso for you. You then select to burn image or iso file from your burning software. Sounds like you have a already built copy you are trying to modify or a copy that has just folder contents, but not completely built.
As such it's probably best not to discuss this.

However, you problem is not uncommon to a multiboot distro.

if you *bought* and installed ERD commander, you should be able to create a bootable CD without problem by running its shortcut

If ERD Commander is installed, then click on the ERD Commander 2005 Boot CD Wizard > Next > Agree > Next > Next > Next > Next > Next > after making sure everything is on the right hand side of the screen (that should be Command Shell, Computer Management, Crash Analyzer, Disk Commander, Disk Wipe, Explorer, FileRestore, Hotfix Uninstall, Internet Browser, Locksmith, Map Network Driver, Notepad, Registry Editor, Solution Wizard, System Compare, System File Repair, System Restore, and TCP/IP Configeration) Click Next > Download the File (which is about 11 mb), Install, and then Click Next > Next > Next > Next > Next > Next > and then it will make the ISO. Then burn using your favorite CD burning application. If you want more information PM me.

>>> The final image is about 190 MB
