Could I use a JavaScript ServerSide on a Free-Host website?

JavaScript will always get executed clientside! So yes, it's possible!

Hmmmmmm.....

SocketSERVER can't run CLIENT-side.

I think what you are looking for MAYBE can be done with JSP (Java Server Pages), but that's server-side (like php).
