Hehehehe

I'm listening to Apocalyptica on Pandora right now. They're a Finnish metal band... playing cellos. It's really quite amazing. For example, their cover of Metallica's "nothing else matters" is amazing: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rbTozgoj9OQ

Disclaimer: I NEVER listen to other metal. I can't stand it. But this is just so COOL!

There's other decent Finnish metal bands, in fact, listening to one now:

Torture Killer - Obsessed With Homicide

Then again, anything with Chris Barnes in it PWNS.
PC_LOAD_LETTER
Rehab - Bartender Song (actually listening to the youtube version -caught the end of end of it on the radio and decided to listen to it proper) which is weird cause I wouldnt usually listen that kind of music but this one stuck in my head.

Agreed. there entire 'Plays Metallica' album is awesome. Unforgiven One are both incredible.
Sadly, most of their original stuff was hard for me to get into though. Their only thing i like thats original is Apocalyptica - I Don't Care

on a somewhat the same but somehow totally different note, Harptallica-The Unforgiven Harptallica-One

^^ Yeah nice one 1nfamous! That's what you been talking about. Well I have been listening to heaps of Nickelback. Great songs that have meaning and sound awsome if you have high quality headphones. (actually, most songs sound awsome with high quality headphones lol)

Hey guys, just don't post each and every song your listening to every time you listen to a new one as something like this might happen: http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?s=&...st&p=211830
Just letting everyone know yes.gif
Its great to find out what others are listening to though. Makes you wanna listen to some new things.
Tripredacus
It doesn't matter, post count is meaningless. But connecting to our fellow members via similar tastes previously unknown is worth something!

Of course! I'm listening the Rosenrot album. Its my favorite Rammstein disc.
Tripredacus
My favorite Rammstein album was their first one.

Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers: Free Falling

Haha rammstein are great. If music from Germany can make it into CD stores in one of the lowest parts of the world (Tasmania, Australia) then they must be good. Love Du Hust!

ATM, I'm listening to many little things:
The gurgling of the coffee maker as it brews another pot.
Water trickling from the filter into the aquarium.
The irregular whirring of a CPU cooling fan that needs lube or replacing.
A light rain on the roof.
Birds in the tree over the house.
No TV playing, no radio, etc.
Times this quiet are too rare and don't last long here.

Did you know that "Du Hast" means "I have" in German? Except the proper German title for that song is "Du Haßt", or to translate "Du Hasst" which means, "I have." The original song is about saying no to wedding vows, but the English version was changed, and I can't stand it. lol.
