Actually I don't know from where to start.............
but thats what Happend...............!!!!!!!

First...

1-Installed MS Windows Media Center Edition.
2-Installed IIS (and Turned on the World Wild Web Publishing Service ON and Made this Service worked out as Automatic...).
3-Installed MS Visual Studio 2003.
4-I could not start the world wild web publishing (as the error message said: Incorrect parameters)
5-I could not start an ASP.NET project any more
6-I Followed up the MSDN Help but didn't work.

which version of the .NET Framework do you had installed before Visual Studio 2003? Was it possible to run a asp.net application before you have installed VS2003?

Try to re-register ASP.NET to IIS:
