Hey, Xperties asked me to let everyone know, he won't be around for a couple weeks. He made a bit of a boo boo. He flashed his bios and killed his motherboard. So unless anyone knows how to recover the motherboard, he has to wait to purchase a new one. His apologies for being unavailable to the board.

borrow a chip of a buddy who has the same make of bios and type of chip. boot the pc then pause it, whack in the floppy, swap bios chip.. somethinglike that. or theres a guy in the neatherlands who will do it for you for about $1.50 but then you will have to wait about 5 weeks for your chip to go and come back!
just buy a new chip, they only cost a few bux, dont buy a new mobo!
Reason why im a bit unsure on how you reflash it is ive never been dumb enough to screw it up!

go look on your motherboard manufactures website they should sell you a chip replacement for very cheap unlike some of the rip off companys that specialize in selling bios chips for other people motherboards.

Most BIOS's have a backup one to allow you to flash no matter what; for AMI ones its this:
1.Power down the system.
2.Copy the latest ROM file from the appropriate and latest BIOS diskette onto a bootable diskette.
3.Rename the ROM file to NEWBIOS.ROM, and insert the diskette in the notebook.
4.Attach an external keyboard.
5.Press and hold the <Ctrl>-<Home> keys.
6.Power up the system and continue to hold <Ctrl>-<Home>.
7.There will be no video, this is normal.
8.Wait until you hear diskette activity and release &<Ctrl>-<Home> keys.
9.System will beep at the end of bootblock and the system will reboot.
10.The system should boot normally now. (i.e.. press F1 to set CMOS defaults)
11.Next power down you can remove the external keyboard.

There was this episode of "The Screen Savers" on TechTV talking about flashing your BIOS. Aparently, the motherboard makers company isn't supposed to charge you that much...

ok ok ok...Yes its me and I'm back online once again.
Basically it was a loss of power. For those who say "well get a UPS", I have one but they are worthless most of the time. Anyways what I thought was my bios turned out to be a bad RAM module I got from corsair. So a company that I do business with allot lent me a MB. Well that MB wouldn't boot up either so i thought it must be that old VID card. (been acting up "i thought") so he lent me a new VID card and tested mine. Well mine tested out good and the MB I had borrowed still wouldn't boot up with the new VID card. So i was left up to only one thing. It has to be the new RAM. So i took that cool little benchmarking tool memtest (Find it in our downloads section) and ran a 10 time loop on the module. No errors. errr...ok. So let me call ASUS and corsair and be on hold for an hour for corsair and wait 15 hours for a call back from corsair (by the way they called me at 9:30pm...kinda late). After digging through old PC books and ready up on module and specs on MB I figured only one thing.
The RAM was unable to function in any lower end MB. Mind you this is a new corsair XMS DDR3500 running at 433mhz. The fasted available. Being told it would be backwards compatible made me a little upset finding out this is not always true. So I invested a few more bucks in a new ASUS P4PE MB (Now i have a extra ASUS P4S533 Motherboard) and all is running "actually screaming" its way through any task I throw at it.
So the moral of the story is, don't be cool and buy the latest and greatest thing out until you've done your homework, even then wait a little bit for other things to catch up.
