Google Internet Forums Unattended CD/DVD Guide

Hi all,

First, I'd like to say I've searched. And I've searched all over the web and these various forums. So I've tried to do my homework first yes.gif

The Unattended forums have a link to screenshots and 'tutorials' which show a changed logoff screen. But the tuts don't mention it.

This is NOT about LOGON or BOOT screens. Any thread Ive found people keep confusing that.

Does anyone know how to change the 'Logoff' screen, the 'change user' screen and the 'Please Wait' screens? As an example, when you click 'apply' in stylebuilder, that blue window 'please wait' comes up.

And when shutting down the computer, you get that window with the shut Down, Restart, and logoff buttons on it. Those are still blue, of course.

It would appear changes can be made, but it's been impossible finding out how.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Thanks Bunches!

Sure that it can be done easily.
In shell32.dll youll find under bitmaps(when U open it in reshacker oE) 14351-14356, these are the pics for logoff, change user and when changing styles.
In msgina.dll youll find under bitmaps(when U open it in reshacker oE) 20140-20150, these are the pics for Turn off.
