Lots of Information here:
Unattended CD/DVD Guide

For AutoIt scripts, you will need to have to download AutoIt.
Scite4AutoIt3 editor will help if you need a programming editor. It has lots of tools onboard to help to make a successful script.
Check the script for any changes needed. The author may have specified instructions.
You can then compile the script into an executable, or just use AutoIt3.exe to run the file.
CODE
AutoIt3.exe "Script.au3"

Use a path as required.

Use CDIMAGE GUI !
And make sure your path in boot section of CDIMAGE GUI point at your boot.dat!! yes.gif

i have finished creating the dvd but the following errors occured:

a)can I skip the windows question for formating, and do the format automatically to c:??

b)it keeps asking me the serial number of the windows even though i have entered it into the winnt.sif and

c)when the windows installation ends and reboots it tries to load windows but goes back to the setup process without reading from the cd!!!

Any ideas?

Try to modify your winnt.sif according to:

http://unattended.msfn.org/global/reference.htm

Try 'AutoPartition' and/or 'Repartition'
Also make sure your 'ProductKey' is correct
