It looks like HFNETCHK receives a screwed up CAB file today...
Partition 1: Windows 2000 SP4; not HFSLIPped (manually patched). Age: Two/three months.
Partition 2: Windows 2000 SP4; fully HFSLIPped. Age: a few hours.
HFNETCHK result for "partition 1", yesterday: all clean.
HFNETCHK result for "partition 2", today: 37 problems.
HFNETCHK result for "partition 1", today: 36 problems.

Funny... Am I really the only one?
I deleted the HFNETCHK program files, installed it again in a different location and ran the tool on both the installations of Windows I got.
WUC3.TXT = partition 1 (Win2K SP4; not HFSLIPped)
WUD1.TXT = partition 2 (Win2K SP4; HFSLIPped)

Have you compared to MBSA2.0 scan?
In the past I've been very disappointed about "Shavlik" software so I use only MBSA2.0 now
