in the topic the author says:

Finishing Up

Navigate to your setup folder \AIO-DVD\SETUP\XP\Professional\ and copy (not move) the following files into the root folder, AIO-DVD.

readme.html
spnotes.html (only found on an SP1 cd)
win51
win51ip
win51ip.sp1 (only found on an SP1 cd)

for 2003:
Finishing Up

Navigate to your setup folder \AIO-DVD\SETUP\Server2003\Standard\ and copy (not move) the following files into the root folder, AIO-DVD.

readme.html
win51Is (Standard only)
win51Id (Datacenter only)
win51Ia (Enterprise only)
win51Ib (Web only)
i want to copy the files under \AIO-DVD\
there is a problem because in this case i must write over the files because the path is same for xp and 2003
where must i copy those files ?

they should be in the root, that's where I have them and it's working fine for me.

You can overwrite these, in fact these files are "markers" for setup ... they havn't any data in their content.
