How come animated avas are permited but not sigs?

thats a dynamic sig though, animated and dynamic are different. dynamic gets information and shows it as text, animated is well.. animated. i hope thats what the guys at msfn mean, if not please correct me blushing.gif

hope that helps you out there though ricktendo smile.gif

its not animated. dynamic means it changes. in this case it is different for each user, the ip address or whatever in it will change for each user.

Pardon my ignorance, but the question remains, is why are animated avas allowed but not animated sigs?
