It came from nowhere. I didn't do anything in particular but before I knew it, it started showing up in the system tray and I can't get rid of it.
It's called "Motive Support Tuner", and this is supposed to look like when it's working, I guess.
Motive Support Tuner

For the note, the icon in the system tray would take me to the message saying "The page cann't be found"

Here's what I have tried so far,,
1) Opened "msconfig" and looked into "Start Up" tab, but it's not showing anywhere.
2) Looked into "Add/Remove program" but it's now showing in there either.

I think if I can find where it's stored, I probably can get rid of it. Any idea where it's suppose to be?

Have you looked at AutoRuns and HiJackThis's log?

=============================

I'm not familiar with neither of them. Care to tell me more in detail?
I have searched 'AutoRun" in Windows/System but only thing came up was AutoRun for DVD player.

What have you done about scanning for Viruses, Adware or Spyware?

That would be my first try.......

The first thing any person should do who has a question or a problem, is to "Google" for a solution.
The response is immediate and usually solves the problem.

Obviously, You've not done that basic step, or there would be no need for this thread.

Well, I did it for you and got 82 hits.

Try THIS ONE first and if that doesn't help, do your own "Google" for "Motive Support Tuner" (include the quotes) and try another response.

It doesn't sound like a very serious problem. I think you'll get it.

Good Luck,
