Well I went through the process and ordered one. It did have options for other countries.

I have oredered free stuff of Microsoft before. Like the Windows SP2 Disk. Took them about a week to get it to me.

I also received the SP2 disk. It took a bit longer than a week, but it got here.

I would really like to get the flash drive. Lets see if something arrives!

P.S: It took 5 MCP Welcome Kits for them to get the right address, so I doubt this things gets done right!

I ordered mine Earlier i had requested 2 SP2 cds which took a couple of months to arrive!
