Just finished installing win98Se on a new PC. Thanks for all that helped with advice. No active desktop.

PROBLEM is in shortcut keys on desktop. They just don't work! Could someone help me out as i'm really stuck. I've already looked at an article in MS knowledge base but that didn't help.
