I heard some people having problems with the Firewall. Try Disabling it on the computer you are trying to connect to.
Open Option dialog (Click on Options in the Menu)
Select 'General' tab and uncheck the 'Firewall enabled' option.

Under the "Local Security Policy" in Administrative Tools, Go to "Security Options" then set "Network access: Sharing and security model for local accounts" to Classic - local users authenticate as themselves

If you are unable to connect and the message is 'Access denied', the solution is this:-
You need to ensure the user which is logged on to the remote PC has a password set - this will not work without a password
In the remote administration form, fill in the Username box with the name of the logged on user
When you click connect, you will be asked for a password for that user. If the user has no password and you leave it blank it will give the Access denied message
