How do I get the grayscale icons in IE to be active permanently?

How do I play Minesweeper Freecell Ms Hearts in full screen?

toolbar icons? if it was then you have to hack browseui.dll or shell32.dll(xp) to change some bitmap (effected explorer too)

yeah it's funny thing cause we can't play it on full screen

So is there another way around it becauz I don't kno how 2 hack browseui.dll or shell32.dll.
