I tried to install a new driver for my Logitech® Cordless Desktop® MX™ 3100 and the message cam:

Unhandled Exception
Error number 0x80040707
DLL function call crashed: SPHlpr. RemoveUnconnectedDevice

SetPoint hasn't worked after that. I can't make an uninstall either. the same message comes. i tried everything. i'm at the end of my powers

when i try to start SetPoint from the install folder comes the error message 0xc0150002. i don't understand the world anymore. and i have found nothing in the internet.

please can anyone help me?

try uninstalling the new driver before you uninstall setpoint. If it won't let you try uninstalling it in Safe Mode. Then try uninstalling Set Point and reinstalling it.
