first be sure to use 'code' or 'codebox' tags which will help us to read your post.

second compare your file with the one here:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/en-us/sh...me=true#example

make sure you are doing proper use of quotes nor system variables (maybe paths won't accept them)
