Anybody knows of any tutorial for makeing own Start Menu, Task bar (and window) skin for windows? Any that I can later slipstreem in my install, with only hacked uxtheme.dll?

Or is there a way of fully automating WindowBlinds install, applying skin, and a tutorial for createing skins?
