I first had this problem 8/10. I did some research and then uninstalled KB912812. That fixed the problem and the web page opened. I did not go back to the web page again until 8/25 and I am getting the error again "click to run an ActiveX control on this web page". I checked and KB912812 has NOT been reinstalled to my system (Windows XP SP 2). I also do not have KB912945 installed on my system. I have also checks to make sure all my ActiveX setting are enabled. Please help me stop this problem.

I downloaded Firefox and I am able to open the web page this way. Works for me!
