it worked fine for me. anyways, i've uploaded a new addon, give that a shot. if that doesn't work either, you must be removing some component with NLite that's required for Messenger

yeah but the most stable to date and the addon works fine when i install it manually as well so the addon is okay. i'm not going to the newer buggy versions (no offence intended to nuhi, but it's still a work in progress), i'll wait for the next stable release of nlite. meanwhile you could give v1.0.1 a try

Didnt work also,,,,,,i think i understood wt the problem is
the problem is that the Windows live messenger uses the 3.1 installer which is not supported in WinXP Setup mode...its not an Nlite bug.
2nd of all,,,, u cant say that nlite 1.3rc2 is buggy becauz it didnt work with ur Non-working addon....
ive already made another addon for WLM...and i tested it,....and its working 100%, i'll post it as soon as possible
GUYS TEST UR ADDONS IN A VMWARE INSTALLATION BEFORE POSTING HERE!!!!......The addon works fine in a normal Setup without integration...but when u integrate it...it doesnt work....becaz it require the 3.1 windows installer...

i DID NOT say that NLite was buggy because my addon didn't work with it. I said it has issues of its own which are constantly being fixed. and the addon was tested and worked perfectly in a vmware/virtual pc build alright ? it's also possible that you were messing up in some way. could somebody else please download and test those addons so the issue can be settled once and for all ? thanks.
