HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool. U need this to be able to format you're usb device and be able to boot from it.
Just use the default settings. Jou can give the "Volume lable" a name jou like. (Example: BartPE)
Yes there is a newer version (somewere on the www.hp.com website) but that did not boot my usb drive with BarPE on it.
