You could do that Wmp11slipstreamer edited SVCPAC.INF. Because I integrate the first drivers and Wmp11slipstreamer shows a mistake that can damage mine my SVCPACK.INF edited by the integration done by half DRIVERPACKS

WMP11 Slipstreamer doesn't get to edit this.

He has some problem of me to integrate all of the addons with the nlite and later to integrate Windows Média Player 11 the nLIte gets to identify these characters

I got this same error many times.
I do not use your WMP Slipstreamer by itself.
nLite v1.3.0.4 calls your WMP Slipstreamer v. 070 when nLite runs.
After nLite, the WMP is v.9.

The error message tells me to post the bug report. Here it is as requested:

fixed integration problem on XP MCE 2005

Try right-click on the XP_Source folder remove checkmark from readonly and then apply it to all subfolders and files... Also check that you have NTFS Write and Modify permission on that folder (Security tab in XP Pro, if you have XP Home then ignore this sentence).

This will be done automatically in the next version.

I've just installed XP with the latest RyanVM update pack, "Tweaked" WMP11, IE7 and Win Defender all slipstreamed, forgive me if this has been asked before, but after first starting WMP11 found that the top menu bar doesn't have the default WMP11 theme around it, also was wondering why the icon is now Booogy's WMP11 icon rather than the default XP version. I used nLite to slipstream everything in one go, and thought that the icon would only change if I used Booogy's own slipstream software. Is the problem with perhaps adding IE7 or is something else wrong? There were also no errors during slipstream or XP install, so not sure what else it could be.

Edit: I've fixed the icon problem by reinstalling WMP11 with the normal install file, but the theme issue still remains.

u used the tweaked version which includes my icon.....if u want to customize it u should use the slipstreamer which allows u to choose the default icon and also have the tweaks......
as for the theme issue.....can u post a screenshot? thx

that is the clasic look of wmp 11 which is also part of the tweaked version of my wmp addons......and its not an issue
its easy to change back to original
go on view>clasic menus or
open wmp11 and hit ctrl - M

I am trying to integrate WMP11 using the "Vanila" add-on. By downloading it I've got an archive and after extrating the files I have a lot of files and an empty folder (svcpacl). My question is "What file(s) do I have to drag into the nLite hotfixes to do the integration?"

You have to point nLite to the whole archive, you don't have to extract it. Just point it to Boooggy_WMP11_VanillaAddon.7z

I'm trying to integrate WMP11 in to the clean sources of WinXP SP2 Corp using Windows Media Player 11 Slipstreamer 0.71 and have an error:

Seems what en error caused last fix - KB935957.

that fix is not really needed ....it deletes some entries that dont appear normally....so that fix is not really needed.

Will there be 64 bit Windows support anytime soon...?

I'm trying to run this on a DELL OEM XP Home ISO that has been patched to SP2 plus the lastest RVMupdatepack. I get this error:

first version is almost done....only thing is that i need some testers. and i mean people that uses x64 on real machines.

I get this error when integrating the x86 tweaked version with all the hotfixes into an xp install with service pack 2:



I have been attempting to install your tweaked version for some time now and I've been 100% unsuccessful...I have no clue what I'm doing wrong! Today I got this error. Yesterday there would be no errors but I would get the stock version of wmp11 after running my iso in virtualpc.

Could you reiterate exactly how to install your tweaked version again, just go step by step so I know for sure I'm not screwing this up. I've tried using your slipstreamer, I've tried using nlite, I am lost.

the err u got is because u use kb935957....that fix is not needed. anyway this little problem will be fixed in new version.
as if u want to use my addons u only had to add it to nlite hotfix page.
the addons already contain the fixes.
if u use slipstreamer and want tweaked version then u have to use first the slipstreamer. then after slipstreamer finishes u can use nlite.
remember that u dont have to remove any wmp with nlite.

I don't have legal XP, and so, I have to turn off automatic updates and WGA ... so, does this method of slipstreaming work in that case? (I would slipstream WMP11 with your Slipstreamer)

So I've tried both methods you suggested several times, and it doesn't appear to have worked. I slipstreamed with your program with all the kb .exe's and used nlite w/out putting your addon in the hotfixes page. I also tried just using your addon cab in nlite.

There should be an orange button if the tweaked version installed correctly right?

i dont know what u r doing but i tested lots of times and it works just fine, no matter what method i used.
