drew, its not the script or the mods its the traffic and members people buy.

To be honest MSFN could be posted there and would probably get a few thousand for it. High traffic sites are turned around and made into money makers, like banners, and clicks for ads. You have no idea the money that a site can make if it has alot of members and traffic.
