Hello. Could you suggest any personal knowledge management software which works like wikipedia?
Thanks in advance.

http://wiki.splitbrain.org/wiki:dokuwikiDokuWiki uses plain-text files to store the articles. The advantage is that you don't need an additional SQL database system. All you need is a webserver, like IIS or Abyss Webserver X1 + PHP. Also there is a template to make DokuWiki look like Wikipedia.

Yup, dokuwiki all the way : powerful and simple to set up, use and administrate. Moreover it has tons of plugins for all your needs.

so what would be the problem with DokuWiki? You just set up a tiny webserver and php on your own machine and it works.
I see no problem at all.
