I was wondering if it is possible to integrate a Microsoft Office 2007 installation into an exisiting windows xp installation,so that when i install windows xp ,the office 2007 installs as well without any interaction of me.
So if there is any way to do this please let me now smile.gifsmile.gif

its easy
first run "setup.exe /admin" from office 2k7 to create an automated install file (unattended.msp)
save this file in the Folder "Updates"
then SFX the whole office folder where setup.exe should be executed without any switches

how to make an addon i hope u know newwink.gif

windows installer 3.1 is required

I am a bit new in this add on making and everything, so if you could give me a more detailed explanation or something like a step by step instructions if it isn t to much to ask;)

I'm not quire sure what you mean. Where do I enter "setup.exe /admin" in Office 2007? I don't have the physical media for Office 2007 as Microsoft provided a link to download the program for me. Can I do this even w/o the Office 2007 CD?

How do I SFX the whole office folder? Where is the "updates" folder?

Mount the iso you've got using Daemon Tools.

Search for add-on making (or something like that) and you will find more info on the subject.
