Not to be ungrateful, but I can't find any advice on whether, and in what order, to install these upgrades you guys have worked so hard to produce:

98 SE SP 2.1a (Gape)
Auto-patcher for Win98SE (soporific)
Windows 9x Power Pack v4.x (jimmsta)
98 Revolutions Pack (Tihiy)

Major questions are:
(1) Should I install all of these?
(2) Isn't there some overlap in what they provide?
(3) Does that matter?
(4) If I do install more than one of them, does the order matter?

Thanks. Help is much appreciated...

(1) no
(2) yes
(3) maybe
(4) yes

98se Service Pack 2.1a has a good amount of 98se updates not, 2006?+ updates ie, directx, wmp.

The Autopatcher updates absolutely everything and there is lots of control with what it does just it is a lot bigger than 98sesp2.1a

Power Pack is a whole lot of updates no exactly sure what it is

Revolutions Pack updates the UI and the graphics of 98se (98fe/me experimental)

my order sugestion is
98sesp2.1a / Autopatcher depending on whether you want to download something big or small
98se2me (windows me cd required)
Revolutions Pack 6++ or 7--
