You can always install your foobar, add all add-ons and presents, and then copy foobar's folder into /$OEM$/$Progs on your Windows CD and paste a shortcut into /$OEM$/$Docs/Default User/Desktop.
Lame solution, but works!

solutin valid only for unattended/oem install, not for all.
