How can I create a flash wallpaper, but have transparent background for my icon labels on the desktop? The win9x look for icon labels when using a flash wallpaper is not sleek to me.

You can specify an SWF if you use ActiveDesktop. ActiveDesktop allows you to have an HTML page as your wallpaper. Whatever you can do with that could be there. There is an entry in the registry for the icon text.... I found it the other day but I forget what it is.
