I want Slipstream theme to unattended setup windows xp

Extract you theme.

-Place it in $OEM$\$$\resources\themes
-Edit your winnt.sif file as following:
Add this 2 lines at the bottom

Replace THEMENAME with the name of your theme.

use nlite

as you come to the unattended settings,
hit the desktop themes tab
hit add
select the directory your theme is installed,
i'm not sure, but when you download the theme, you may have to save it instead of run it, then just add that, instead of a whole directory
