I have a super newbie question for y'all I downloaded the Vista CG package from link below. How do I go about installing it I have downloaded ResHacker and I figured out how to change the icons and cursors, but how do I go adding this?

P.S. How do you change the sound files?

I have a VistaCG Theme addon, I also have a Vista RTM and RC2 Sounds addon

You can also find other Vista to XP addons like Cursors and the Sidebar etc
