can i change picture viewer in windows xp looks like picture viewer in Vista.

I'm pretty sure there is no way of doing that, I know there are patches for the vista games to be ported over to xp, but unfortunately I'm not familiar with assembler code to patch anything

I meant the concepts are different. One is a simple viewer with a stupid toolbar for UI while vista's is a picture manager (and viewer). You can go any further than toolbar graphics replacement.
