I am trying to install some applications for IBM (Lenovo) tablet pc. The SETUP.exe file's properties show as follows,

Company: Lenovo Group
File Version: 3.60
Internal Name: pkgmgr
Original File Name: pkgmgr.exe
Product Name: Software Installer

Tried using universal extractor, it said this file cannot be extracted, filetype returned was Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0
In such application's folder, there always are swi32.sys, swi32.vxd, swi.xml, tpilibb.dll, tpisetup.dat, tpisetup.dll files.

Does anyone know how to install such application silently?
