I realize this MAY NOT be a XP problem but i have to say i never noticed it on any other OS..What i have is single boot machine with XP corp ( the real one) and a WD 7200 RPM 100Gig Drive...with my drive partitioned with 2 other partitions...one for downloads and one for storage....Now my dilemma is whenever i try and move a file from one of my OTHER partitions to my desktop it leaves a copy of the file on the partition..that i have to go back and delete after moving the file...Does anyone know if in fact there is a setting somewhere in XP that i can disable this function??...i have serached to no avail in XP and cant find anything....Any help would be appreciated... |
