  1. Madhits45 darn right you scared him now. lol
  2. you used it for your company? i dont think nlite allows that. prepare to go to jail. -- on your question, youre better off reinstalling.
  3. Or better yet, take what you can from both procedures. Remove some with nlite, remove some from BF. Best of both worlds. The guide seems very detailed, I wonder how much work the guy put into it.
  4. Hello Netman66. I appreciate the very quick response. It works perfectly. Thank you very much. leah
  5. hello Yes, disable it in nlite, and after install, and if you got your desktop up already, you can turn it back on. i use the app here http://www.litepc.com/ to turn it back on and off when needed. good luck
  6. Hello When you type "services.msc" in the run box or command line, mmc window comes up right? Is there any reg key, or anywhere I can set for the mmc window to remember its settings? Is there anyway for it to remember the columns? the view? etc Thanks, lea

  9. Hello, I like this set of tweaks. Appreciate the work you put in compiling this. leah
  10. i think you should be sued for that and eventually go to jail. not underestimating the power of nlite, but it shouldnt be used on networks such as those. (not only bcoz of the terms)... you used it in your job, lol
  11. Hello emodel I used the latest version. PS, are you using server as a workstation? What services do you disable? I try to disable some stuff, mostly those services I disable for XP, and I get errors. do you have tweaking suggestions? thanks lea
  12. everything works fine here too. i just used xp drivers. good luck
  13. Lol, it was that easy? nobody replied back to say thanks?
  14. Hello, tweaking services in 2k3 does give bue screens.i tested and removed so many things, even deleted some services, but if you dont tweak how the services startup (you just leave them at default) you will not get a blue screen. maybe this should be mentioned somewhere. had i not found this thread, i would still be testing.. many thanks.
