Hi, I reinstalled both WMP Integrator and WUD 250 and,the Apps work. However,I was very disappointed to find that no Windows 7 updates were included in the ULS list,other than Service Pack 1. Thanks again for your help. Van

I know this does not dld anything!The window I provided as an attachment requires that I fill something in those 2 lines! Line 1 WMP Package location Line 2 Windows source location I assume that,if and when I fill in those requirements I will be able to integrate,as the 3rd line shows! I checked the reference you provided and,there was nothing there to help me solve this.Any other suggestions? BTW: MY OS is Windows7 Home edition.Thanks for the help> Van

Is it possible that "stuff" involved a file bigger than 4Gig and that the drive is formatted FAT32 ? Hi again, There are no files as big as you suggest,and upon checking my Partitions,I note that this External HD is shown as NTFS ! Thanks

Hi again, When I open my External HD enclosure,no problem there! I see all my stuff and, I can open Folders, extract ect...the problem is I can't add anything in there! This being a 80 gb HD,I checked the properties,and it shows 56.7 gb used!I then checked in the Partition and it shows 74.53 gb capacity with 13 gb free space! What do you think? Thanks

Hi All, I have a NexStar 3 External 3.5 inch Hard Drive enclosure which I have been using since 2006 without any problems until now.This is an 80 gb HD,of which only about 15 GB have been used.The other day I tried to add stuff for backup,and I was promptly advised that the disk was full ! Of course this is not so and would like to know how to fix this new problem.Can someone help? Thanks. Van

That is what happened! I hope this tryout did'nt remove IE6,that was already installed beforehand!Thanks again.

Hi Dude, Tried above,still no success! Pls note:When I searched for IE.INF and checked In Notepad,-it indicated that this was for IE4! Does this matter,as we have IE6 installed on this Win 98 Computer?Thanks.

Hi Dude, I use the IE Browser I don't have Firefox installed I tried your tip about reinstalling IE,but it only showed IE4! I use IE6 on this Win 98 computer. Have'nt tried disabling Scripts yet,to see if that will help.Thanks again.

Let us say, for example, that this site uses a code feature that wasn't adopted into the standard at the time your browser came out. THis can cause this type of behaviour. You should be able to find old versions of browsers, like Firefox or Opera, and try using the site with those and see if it works properly for you. Also, if you have the "error on page" thing down there, you can double-click on it and it will tell you where the error is. Another reason to get this when the website is perfectly fine and the browser is working properly is that the entirety of the page code is acquired during the GET action, which can cause this. Or, for example, IE is using an outdated locally cached include file (like a JD or CSS or anything) and the one on the website has been revised. if these two files (the new website files and the cached files) do not match up (such as making calls to elements that have been renamed, removed or added) you will get this message as well. EDIT: there is no simple fix. Recommended steps: 1. Clear temporary internet files (with ie closed). 2. Clear history 3. Clear cookies 4. Reboot (to remove possible session data) 5. go back to the page 6. Post your error (if it comes back) to this thread. But all in all, this isn't a site issue as much as a software problem imo. Thanks for the detailed explanations you provided.I'll have a go at the suggested Fixes,and see if that can help solve this thing.Thanks again,appreciated

Thanks,but you pointed all this before.You know,a couple of months ago,I was able to click on My Assistant,and I did'nt get this error thing!Something happened to screw this up,and I'm convinced someone has a simple fix for this!

Can't do this, since this Computer that I'm trying to fix the Error thing on, is a Win 98 se OS. So,one can't rely on the signature in this case.Thanks anyway.

Hi, Some new little problem! When I click My Assistant,instead of opening it,I get ''Error on Page'' at the lower left end of the page! This is new.Any idea what has suddenly caused this? Thanks.
