  1. DVDs have all the versions, there is just a file that specifies which one to show. there is away to show all the versions for selection by deleting the file i don't know about key integration edit: link http://www.mydigitallife.info/2009/07/23/h...c-media-or-iso/
  2. The COD map pack i didn't like, and i even got it for free.
  3. It's inside of windows live mail, therefore unlocker can't be used... Went to defrag my computer and the top items where none other than folders in my email. Their location: C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{73CD141E-D2E6-4704-80E5-B8B6E3157BE0}\Microsoft\Outlook Express some .dbx files. However deleting them does do anything. Then there are 5 files like this, just with a different sent of numbers: account{3CADEFEB-DAE5-43E0-9AED-EA97823D7876}.oeaccount.VeriSign.oemigaccount Instead of verisign the others have: WhoWhere Bigfoot 0000001 Active Directory GC Still looking for any suggestions.
  4. Upgrading my parents email client from OE to Windows Live Mail since OE hasn't been updated in 6+ years. Installed it and it auto copied all the folders and the POP3 settings. Awesome. It copied over the deleted items, drafts, sent items, and inbox over and put them in the storage folder. I can delete the inbox folder, but it wont let delete the others.(they don't serve any purpose as the client has its set of folders associated with each email account imported). Anyone know how to get rid of these? I searched my hard drive and registry for "deleted items" and couldn't find anything. Googling and will continue. Please help if anyone knows.
  5. NAV 2009, its quite nice. I have windows firewall, but I haven't configured anything so its just out of the box.
  6. On my computers that came with Vista, yes. On my computers that came with XP, no. They need new equipment.
  7. Out of curiosity what computer model are you packing, you might want to take a look at this: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/documen...087277_identify
  8. 7100: Defraggler(current version) works AIM 6.9 works limewire 5.1.2 works winpcap has to be run in compatibility mode
  9. check out this convenient new post http://www.msfn.org/comments.php?shownews=23286
  10. The download states: * Previously unreleased fixes that were made specifically for this service pack. o In addition to general product fixes, this includes improvements in stability, performance, and security. o You can find out more information in Knowledge Base Article 953195, where product-specific changes are described. * All of the Public Updates, Security Updates, Cumulative Updates, and Hotfixes released through February 2009. Source: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=B444BF18-79EA-46C6-8A81-9DB49B4AB6E5&displaylang=en Almost positive from the lingo that SP2 includes SP1. So you should be good to go with your "I have downloaded the SP2 file, extracted the MSP files, and placed in the Updates folder." If you want a perfect up to date CD you would need to track down the post February updates!
  11. Does this support the new 2007 SP2? or does it need to be updated to allow for that?
  12. any chance of you putting up just the theme/msstyle? i like improved/different themes, but i don't go for the full on bars and everything personally.
  13. At least when it came out you were able to public download it with sp3 already integrated. I grabbed it off majorgeeks I think.
  14. extract the files out of the first part usually then you just rezip the files as you see fit.
  15. Im taking a web development class right now and we have to do some svn stuff. The teacher recommends tortoiseSVN, im just wondering if there is a better free alternative people like using. I checked the free software thread, but it doesn't have a section on this it appears.
