Quickfind vbs is not working its giving an error, can anyone help!!

well i donno how far it works, but this is the procedure with Windows XP and above versions there is a QOS packet handler that gets installed with the network protocol, you can take back the reserved bandwidth by this, type gpedit.msc in run, in that computer configuration - administrative templates -network - QOS packet scheduler - limit reservable bandwidth - enable - change 20 to 0%.
