  1. hi everyone I have a problem I have HDD ( Maxtor 160 GB 8 MB Buffer + WD 40 GB 2 MB Buffer) I can install windows XP SP2 in the small HDD ( 40 GB ) only. when I start installing windows in Maxtor (160 GB ) after the first restart I got a black screen and everything stoped I reformat my drive ( C:\ )and I stared again but the same result !!!!!!!! so I return to my old CD ( Windows XP PRO without any SP ) and gusse what after the first reboot I windows scaned my last drive ( it's has the letter F:\ ) so I did it and I finshed my setup. why ?? I used the same CD and the same CD-ROM ? I don't think the problem from CD-ROM drive or HDD or the CD SO want to know is somebody Installed Windows XP pro with SP 2 integrated in a HDD greater than 137 GB ???? did someone faced such a thing ?? waiting for your reply thanks in advanced
