  5. Hello. I have a winxp cd with SP3 and I installed the updates that I recommended HFSLIPFC. The windows update tells me I need: WindowsXP-KB941569-x86- use the WMP9 Regards
  6. Hello. I made some small modifications to the script. Is there any problem in publishing? Regards
  7. It's correct the program before HFSLIP
  8. The program serves to keep the list updated W2K patches. After hfslip can be used to make the W2K cd. It is similar to this: Introducing the file-checker (HFSLIPFC) for HFSLIP but for W2K. Saludos
  9. I placed in the directory of HFSLIP. For example: W2K - HF - HFCABS - ... - hfslip-1.7.9.cmd - ComprobadorW2k.exe
  10. Hello. Here's a tester for W2K SP4 patches I have made. The program serves to keep the list updated W2K patches, before hfslip. It is similar to this: Introducing the file-checker (HFSLIPFC) for HFSLIP but for W2K. I'm still tested. Greetings The program is Beta http://www.megaupload.com/?d=1CZRO6XN --------------------------------- ChangeLog 03/04/2010 Changes w2K sP4 Add KB891861, KB893756, KB896358, KB899589, KB901214, KB905414, KB905749, KB908506 Add KB908531, KB913580, KB914388, KB917008, KB917537, 17/04/2010 Changes W2K SP4 Removed KB977165 Add KB920670, KB920683, KB921398, KB922582, KB923191 Add KB923980, KB927891, KB935839, KB938827 MSXML3 Add KB955069 18/04/2010 Changes w2K sP4 Add KB967715, KB979309, KB978601, KB979309, KB979683, KB980232, KB981350 Changes w2K SP4 Server Add KB969883 Moved to Server KB970483 Add KB973037, KB974783, KB976323 Moved to Server KB961063 22/04/2010 Changes IE5 Removed KB951066, KB922760, KB925454, KB960714 Add OE5.5sp2-KB973354 Changes IE6 Add KB905495, KB958869 Removed KB951066, KB960714, KB925454, KB922760,
  11. It looks strange but it's no bug!!! WindowsXP-KB978207-x86-!lang!.exe is the IE6-version of KB978207 and contains the fixed shdocvw.dll which is not included in the IE8-Version of KB978207 (IE8-WindowsXP-KB978207-x86-!lang!.exe). So, if using IE8 then IE8-WindowsXP-KB978207-x86-!lang!.exe is a security update for IE8 and WindowsXP-KB978207-x86-!lang!.exe is optional to fix a bug when trying open "organize favorites" from the Windows Explorer. I use IE6. I get this error: Found wrong, obsolete or unknown update(s) ------------------------------------------ wrong (O): HF\WindowsXP-KB978207-x86-ESN.exe (Empty dialog when opening 'Organize Favorites' from Windows Explorer, it's for IE8) -- moved to HFSLIPFC.MOV
  12. I found a bug. In the INI in section IE8. O|HF\WindowsXP-KB978207-x86-!Lang!.Exe| Empty dialog when opening 'Organize Favorites' from Windows Explorer | - | REPLACE/I386 \ shdocvw.dl_ | shdocvw.dl_ replaced by manually extracted And should be: O|HF\IE8-WindowsXP-KB978207-x86-!Lang!.Exe| Empty dialog when opening 'Organize Favorites' from Windows Explorer | - | REPLACE/I386 \ shdocvw.dl_ | shdocvw.dl_ replaced by manually extracted Greetings
  13. Thank you. I'm doing a version for w2k.
