  1. I have a generic question which is related to the HTTP protocol (or any other protocol for that matter) I know that HTTP is stateless. Does this mean that it is also async ? Is there any correlation between stateless/statefull and async/sync ? Or are they independent mechanisms ? Thanks in advance, Dani
