  1. Wow...I had a MSO meltdown on Friday partially due to a new Acrobat Pro install (still not sure how that happened!). Anyway, I went through all the hoops to get MSO re-installed again. Should be easy right? (I am a registered user and all that jazz. ) Well, it did not happen that way and after all sorts of attempts, I stumbled across this thread and voila, it worked. So thank you. This thread did what MS Support could not explain to me.
