Hey, I just picked up a old Panasonic EB-G520 and a Nokia 5110 at a garage sale. and they both had sim cards, charge cords and covers. I turned both of them on, and they had a PIN code on them, so I went down to the guy I got them off, and asked if he knew the PIN codes for them, he said no. I put in '1234' '0000' and '1111' but then the SIM card got locked and asks me for my PUK code. I have no idea what phone number they. The sim cards are from Telstra. (I have one working Virgin Mobile SIM card, in my Nokia 3200)

I kinda understand that, thats what I did with my Windows 2000 SP4 Slipstream, but how would it help install MCE from XP

I tryed installing MCE with my XP Pro CD. Nothing....INVALID F***IN SERIAL I wanted to try out MCE so bad after I saw this tread.....

I have Windows 2000 Advanced Server and just recently got a copy of Windos 2003 Server Enterprise. Do they both support logging in from Windows 98/ME? If so do they need anyother configuration other than installing active directory, setting up user, and config the client computer? I have already setup a user in AD and it says 'Pre-2000 User Name' or something like that so I am supposting that it does. Just need conformation is all.

Aree you sure you re-formatted the Hard Drive? You didnt just re-install Windows?

Yeah! Someone up there likes me! Best thing to do is to backup all your docs and other stuff to a CD/DVD, format both your hard drives, install XP as a clean install on the main hard drive, then install all apps once done. As oioldman said, deleting then files there have created more problems. Windows Update folder stores the temp files that the windows update site downloaded, and the msocache i think all .msi installers (like Office 2003) stores temp files there. Correct me if I'm wrong!

I did the same as BiOhAzArD. I create a unattended installation but it asks for the CD-Key, and I let my friends borrow my unatteneded slipstream CD and they install windows with their own key that they got when they bought Windows, and I see nothing illegal with that. Backup all your documents, no windows files, just documents and any programs you wanna keep to a CD or DVD, then erase BOTH HDD's and re-install XP on your Main Drive. Try it! I'll probably work
