Hi, MagicAndre! I've been running the self optimizing boot process for Win7 but I don't find what file/driver is slowing my machine down (I'm using SuperFetch, with setting at 3) I just noticed a delay in BOOT PHASE: "Pre Session Init" and "Explorer Init". And also in GENERIC EVENTS, the process "MS Windows Shell Core". I uploaded my files: http://depositfiles.com/files/6by2f98be just in case you would like to take a look at them. Thank you.
