  1. Thanks, I'll try this out.
  2. Is there a way to get Windows Update to work on Windows 2000? It keeps coming up with this Microsoft KB http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2497281 which does not solve the problem.
  3. I don't understand USP5.2 doesn't exist yet... What exactly have you installed? What's the filename? Opps I meant I re-installed Windows2000-UURollup-v11-w20130203-x86-ENU.exe.
  4. Yes it is UUPRollup-v11 It didn't create a log file called "NETFX101120303540.log". Edit: Nevermind re-installing SP 5.2 seemed to do the trick.
  5. SP 5.2 weekly is installed. But I can't install .NET Framework.NET 4 as it fails during mid install.
  6. How do I get Microsoft Framework.NET 4.0 to install correctly on this? See the installer runs but fails after its obtained the components.
  7. Thanks, I'll make sure to disable fast start up
  8. Is it possible to dual boot Windows 7 SP1 and Windows 8 RTM? If so has anyone done this?
  9. I suppose that makes it kind of OK
  10. The topic probably still needs to be removed as the rule states you must contribute to the forums first before you can post your own creations Thanks for the welcome & I hope I get to stay in this community (Note to self: Read the rules more than once so this problem does not occur again)
  11. I have requested the topic to be removed from one of the Super Moderators through PM but they went offline shortly after and so they probably haven't got the message yet Again sorry for breaking the rules
  12. Forum Rule 2e. Oops , OK I didn't realize you could get banned for this
  13. Eh well I did have an account on this site a few years ago but it seems to have been deleted Also I'm sorry if this seems spammy I just thought that the software hangout was to show off software creations OK there is not much new features but heres a list anyway * Removes Advertisements * Themed contains references to MSFN * Minor bug fixes Edit: Added additional comments which should be in bold
  14. Yes I did, but it is not open source.
