i checked the file: synTp.sys in wdinows\system32\drivers. it still shows the date of the file as 24th april.

Hey, i updated the driver from the HP website but no result. even the latest driver from the synaptics website dint fix it.

Hey, I'm new to this forum and looking for some help. my win 8 HP laptop has been crashing since i bought it. it does that every time i wake it up from sleep or sometimes after a prolonged period of use.
