  1. I will check when i get home. My motherboard is a DFI LANParty UT nForce 4 SLI-DR, i think it is about one year old. Is it consider "old" by your definition?
  2. I am trying to make it so that the Maxtor will be detect as Disk 0, anyone know how to change it? i tried moving the cable around but it doesnt work. I am trying to do this because i am getting some error when reformatting Win Vista. Thanks.
  3. Wow Shrink It! is awesome. If possible, i would suggest a custom size option. Good job
  4. I'm looking for a media player that can play music and video (many different formats). I am currently using JRiver's Media Center (http://www.jrmediacenter.com/features.html) but i am looking for something else. I dont mind if i have to pay for it. Let me know if you have something that works great for you (no itune or winamp please). Thanks
  5. I did the search but didnt show up anything....i'm also unfamiliar with the google searching thing of this forum. Here's my problem: I ran Booteditor according to the tutorial here http://unattended.msfn.org/unattended.xp/view/web/51/ followed it to the part where you click the make button then click ok to create the .zip file. When i click ok it doesnt create any zip file or any new folder, then after this the software doesnt respond to any thing. i have to close it and reopen it. Windows also report that Booteditor has encoutered a problem and needs to close. Anyone have any idea on how to fix this? thanks.
  6. I recently builded a new computer with an Opteron 170 Dual Core processor. I installed Win XP Pro (32bit version) and notice that the computer behave somewhat differently. Some how i cant use the ping function due to Data Execution Prevention (DEP), and yes i tried to turn DEP off but it doesnt have an option that will allows me to turn it off. Anyway i just want to find out if running win xp 32bit version will perform any different on a 64bit processor? Also could it be that i'm running a server CPU that it is acting different? Thanks.
