About Makave2345

  1. Nice work! Looking foward to the May updates..
  2. If your wanting to install drivers, updates, and software addons, and also create your finsished .iso give this a try... http://www.wincert.net/forum/index.php?/topic/7504-windows-7-toolkit-06015/ And you can check out here for all the software addons I (*Reaper*) and others have made for this program. http://www.wincert.net/forum/index.php?/forum/180-w7-toolkit-addons/
  3. Im using this method and installing vi runoncex and everything works fine.... The only thing I was wondering is if there is anyway to add a "progress bar" to this..... It takes quite a while to install and would be nice to see how far along the installation actually is..... Nice work everybody.....
  4. The first 2 releases you posted are mine.... They are not a beta version of 1.5... (even though they show it) I asked Nitro about it in this thread and here is what he said.... Since its just a cosmetic issue, I chose not to update the release...
  5. Hey Nitro... Program works great... But... I noticed that if you go to Universal Extractor default install directory, Program Files\Universal Extractor and double click on the file UniExtract.exe, the box that comes up says in the heading Universal Extractor 1.5 beta. Was wondering if this was overlooked or ???
  6. Well if you have any luck finding out anything, I would really appreciate it if you could point me in the same direction. I'm the same way.... The learning part is the main thing.... Oh well... Good luck in your search and sorry I can't be of more help to you....
  7. Hey nitro322... RyanVM has a installer that does exactly what you want... It is net 2.0 with KB917283 & KB922770 already slipstreamed into it... http://www.ryanvm.net/msfn/ I tried asking for help on how this is done a while back, but got no response... Hope it helps....
  8. Looking for the switch needed to install this app silently. Thanks for any info you can give on this....
  9. Anybody??????? RyanVM... RogueSpear..... Anyone..... I am really curious as to how to do this..... Thanks for any help...
  10. That is a good post....... BUT..... Try that method and see what size the final file size is...... It is ALOT bigger than the one RyanVM did...... I got rid of the stuff about .NET 1.1 and just did 2.0...... Final file is around 42mb in size.... So what I really want to know is how did RogueSpear and RyanVM get their file to 16mb instead of 42 mb...... Thanks for any info anyone can shed on this.....
  11. I have already downloaded both files... dotnetfx.exe NDP20-KB917283-X86.exe What I would like to know is how to integrate the hotfix into the dot net 2 package... So I will have just one package and the hotfix will already be integrated into the installer. I know RyanVM and a few others have already done this, but I would like to know HOW its done.. Thanks for any info you can shed on this.....
  12. Outstanding work. I used it to create the Net 1.1 with sp1 and the hotfix. Worked like a charm. Hopefully this project will be picked back up. Would like to see somthing like this that will do the same thing for DOT NET 2 & hotfix also.... Thanks again for your efforts.
  13. Sorry, but I'm new at all this and i'm not familiar with how to do that.... I got the installer for netframework 2..... The file is named: dotnet2.exe (and its a 7Zip setup file) I got the windowsmedia10-kb902344-x86-intl.exe which if I understand correctly I should rename to 902344.exe..... But as far as integrating them, honestly I'm lost.... I'm not familiar with how to use things like this.. Do I use my new cd (that has all the other fixes as listed above already in it) as the source? Then what would I need to do...... If there is a tutorial on things like this, please just let me know, and I'll do the research on it.... I don't want you to think I want you to do everything for me.... Since i've just joined here and started looking into this, i'm a little lost.... But I really do appreciate any help....
  14. I created my XP cd with everything in it just like above..... I would like to say thanks... Everything worked exactly as it should.... Now...... Two updates left after installation: 1. Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable Package (x86) 2. Update for WMDRM-enabled Media Players (KB902344) I would like and try to add these two additional updates that were noted....(to another disc of course) I have downloaded the 1st update: dotnetfx.exe and the second update: windowsmedia10-kb902344-x86-intl.exe I would assume that I will need to put dotnetfx.exe into SVC-X2M folder overwriting the original one. But where do I put the windowsmedia10-kb902344-x86-intl.exe???? In the SVC-HF1 folder??? Thanks for any help and I appreciate everyones hard work......!!!
